Welcome to Hotel Vishal. By accessing our website, booking a room, or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking and Reservations

• All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel.
• Guests must be at least 18 years of age to book a room. Valid government-issued photo identification (Aadhar, Passport, Voter ID) is required at check-in.
• The standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Payment Terms

• Full or partial advance payment is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation.
• We accept payments via major credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking through our secure payment gateway (Razorpay).
• Any outstanding balance must be settled upon arrival at the hotel.

3. Guest Code of Conduct

• Guests are expected to conduct themselves appropriately at all times and comply with hotel rules.
• Hotel Vishal reserves the right to refuse accommodation or ask guests to leave without refund if their behavior is deemed unacceptable, disruptive, or illegal.
• Damage to hotel property caused by the guest will be charged to the guest's account.

4. Liability

Hotel Vishal is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal valuables left in the rooms or public areas. Use of hotel facilities, including the pool and resort activities, is at your own risk.

5. Modifications

Hotel Vishal reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
